The Foundation for Investigative Journalism (FIJ) is inviting applications for five reporters to man its news impact desk.
The desk is to be created as part of FIJ’s News Impact Project (NIP), an initiative that extends the value of news beyond informing, educating and entertaining to positively impacting the society.
FIJ is an independent, not-for-profit media organisation that combats injustice, holds power to account and speaks for the voiceless.

Remuneration: Negotiable
Requirements
- Candidates will have a burning passion for using journalism to fight oppression and injustice.
- Entry-level applicants are welcome, but the ideal candidates must have an level of experience in journalism, regardless of the length.
- Must have a mastery of the English language but do not necessarily need to have studied the language as a course.
